You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
If your item is faulty, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. We will cover the return shipping cost for faulty items.

Please include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation if applicable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty, including software, digital products, and personal care items where hygiene seals have been broken.
